The District Court for the NMI has approved the sales made following the fourth auction of Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC’s gaming equipment last March 31.
The fourth auction in a series of six pursuant to the receivership granted in favor of USA Fanter Corp., against Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC netted over $225,000.
