Irv Levin couldn’t wait until the Washington Monument fell. Donald T. Sterling now owns the san Diego Clippers and says he does not plan to move the franchise.
Levin told a news conference yesterday he has agreed to sell the club to Sterling, a Los Angeles attorney. Sterling then said that he and Levin -who long had denied he was trying to sell his National Basketball Association franchise -had discussed the sale for about a year.
