that s where we join sherrie johnson with more. reporter: yes. this is a crime that had many people in the community just shaking their heads and later this morning john wagner is expected to go on trial for the murder of stephen pitcarin. he was robbed and stabbed to death last year as he walked home in charles village. wagner s girlfriend was charged with murder but she later pled guilty to robbery charges. wagner is charged with first i do free murder, conspiracy to de first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and other charges. court documents say on july 25th, 2010, police responded to a stabbing in the 2600 block of st. paul street. pitcarin was found lying in the street with a stab wound to the chest and taken to johns hopkins hospitaler with later diedch the trial is expected to begin around 9:30 this morning here at the courthouse. reporting live in downtown baltimore, sherrie johnson, abc2 news. looking at news around the nation, police in ohio are now
