Moments ago Maryland State Police identified those killed and confirmed the two survivors have now been released from the hospital. There is an investigation into w a plane and helicopter collided in mid air. Alison, both aircraft remain here on the scene and will be here overnight as the ntsb continues to investigate. The plane is just behind me. The helicopter wreckage is about a quarter mile the other way.
