Say is the suspects car. If you look at the front wind shield of the Pennsylvania State Police Cruiser, my photographer and i have confirmed to be a series of bullet holes. What appeared to be six to eight bullet holes in the center of the windshield, some on the drivers side. We dont know if that was from the traffic stop or during the potential chase. The sequence and chronology still guess work on the part of investigators here. Forensics and crime scene folks have been looking at the suspect vehicle. We were talking about whether or not there was evidence they were hoping to recover and whether or not the intense heat from that inferno that ensued if that managed to do away or at least compromise a lot of evidence. They have somebody arrested, so i decided to, you know, focus my camera down there and thats when i seen the suspect in handcuffs. I dont know what were looking at. Were looking at the building view right now but on my Traffic Cameras were looking from 24th street. So its on the eastbound side right in here. You can see actually where the smoke is billowing out from underneath this overpass right in here. All traffic blocked off at this point so you can see a huge backup right in here. I can look at it from another view as well. That was looking from 24th street. Now around 20th street from the opposite direction. This is heading westbound. You can see Police Activity blocking off all westbound lanes so no access to the schuylkill expressway or 95 from this point. This is another Vantage Point because you can see on the eastbound lanes almost not even visible right now with all the area covered in smoke and Police Activity on the scene. So your best bet, avoid the vine street expressway, eastbound and westbound closed. The incident occurred on the eastbound side so we would assume westbound opens before that but n
