Nearly seven months after an unarmed teenager Michael Brown, was shot and killed in the streets of ferguson by a white police officer, the Justice Department is expected to unveil a scathing new report about widespread discrimination in the citys Police Department. Among the most troubling findings between 2012 and 2014 93 of people arrested were africanamerican. 88 of those subjected to police force were black. 9 out of 10 people who received citations were africanamerican.
