We have a multi vehicle accident on the nimitz freeway 880 northbound. This is creating a visual hazard for the southbound and likely starting to back up the corridor. The nimitz freeway, a 80 northbound, this minor accident is blocking the left lane of Market Street. It is backing up the traffic into downtown oakland from 29 in the northbound direction. So, what was minor has now became a major problem. 10 to 12 minutes for your 880 drive time. There is a problem in San Francisco that has shut down the stocks in the tunnel leading from chinatown. There was a vehicle pedestrian accident and of course, this is affecting the many lines. 41 and 30. These problems are now affecting getting into downtown.
