Transwestern selected as exclusive broker for multiple Chicago WeWork locations May 4, 2021
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected as the exclusive broker for WeWork, a global leader in flexible space solutions, in six buildings throughout Chicago. Executive Vice President Eric Myers, Senior Vice Presidents Kathleen Bertrand, Katie Steele and John Skalla and Senior Associate Stephen Sevenich will provide leasing services on behalf of WeWork.

Data analytics company signs 80,600-square-foot lease at 203 N. LaSalle April 30, 2021
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that IRI, a data analytics and market research firm, signed a long-term, 80,594-square-foot lease at 203 N. LaSalle in the Central Loop submarket. IRI has relocated to the property after 30 years at 150 N. Clinton St. in the West Loop. Transwestern Executive Vice President Eric Myers provided leasing services and represented the landlord, Sumitomo Corporation of Americas (SCOA), in the transaction.
The Transwestern office leasing team has closed over 155,594 square feet of new tenant leases in the last 24 months. 203 N. LaSalle is now 80% leased, up from 56% when Transwestern was awarded the assignment. Transwestern is now marketing the last 91,839-square-foot large block available in the building.

Westside Evolves, a collaborative neighborhood planning initiative among the Chattanooga Design Studio, the city of Chattanooga, and the Chattanooga Housing Authority, has completed the second phase of their planning process. Westside residents and other stakeholders participated in a nine-month planning process that will provide a roadmap for revitalization of the neighborhood.
The study area, known as the Westside District, is bordered by ML King Boulevard, Riverfront Parkway, Main Street and I-27, and includes properties owned by the Chattanooga Housing Authority and the city such as Boynton Terrace, College Hill Courts, Dogwood Manor, Gateway Tower, Riverview Tower, Sheila Jennings Park and the Youth and Family Development office site.
