Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected as the exclusive broker for WeWork, a global leader in flexible space solutions, in six buildings throughout Chicago. Executive Vice President Eric Myers, Senior Vice Presidents Kathleen Bertrand, Katie Steele and John Skalla and Senior Associate Stephen Sevenich will provide leasing services on behalf of WeWork.
Ranging from individual suites to private floors to entire buildings, the WeWork spaces in Chicago include:
167 N. Green St. – 138,312 RSF in Fulton Market
448 N. LaSalle St. – 62,572 RSF in River North
625 W. Adams St. – 91,599 RSF in the West Loop
