Auto pedestrian accident closing down this section of westbound florida right after havana, trying to get over to parker road, right at dayton. Thats oing to be an issue well have to worry about. We also have windy point on highway 285, a car deer accident that way. Rest of the ride looks nice, north, south, east or west, a pretty smooth ride to dia as well. Officers attempted to contact daniels. He refused to come out of the motor home. He then moved to the back of the motor home outside the sight of the Police Officers. The woman with the protection order against daniels ran out of the home, and four shots were fired and police grabbed her and took her to safety. Thats when they brought the swat team out here. He is considered armed and dangerous. They started out from that intersection we mentioned and theyve come about a half le to the east between morgan and ormond and theyre concentrating on the 800 block and west of that area. The blood hounds have picked up hes lost a lot of blood. Whether hes still alive or not remains to be seen. They do feel hes in this area. Colorado. A nurse is accused of breaking a baby boys leg. The babys parents are suing the hospital. The family lawyer sent us these photographs of the boy, and these xrays. Their lawyer is now speaking for them. So the staff is constantly monitoring the child. Its inconceivable this type of injury could happen in the child in the nicu and it not be observed or known when it happens. So the parents are suspecting a the lawyer is trying to subpoena Surveillance Video from the nicu. Police shot and killed a man in fort collins. Officers say they first tried to tase the man and that didnt work and they shot and killed them. Neither the suspect or officers have been identified. Vehicles at Rocky Mountain National Park.
