Partnership for the Pathway helps pay for Nix Creek Trail improvements in Texarkana

Partnership for the Pathway presents checks to Texarkana, Arkansas, officials during a recent ribbon-cutting for a new bridge over Nix Creek near the Texarkana Recreation Center on Legion Drive. Partnership for the Pathway's check represents its contributions to Nix Creek Trail improvements over the past six years. The group's contribution to the most recent projects was more than $85,500. The Arkansas Highway Commission also has contributed $295,500 in grant funds. Partnership for the Pathway raises money to build and maintain recreational trails in both Texarkanas.
