Killing a Novato High School student appeared in court today. Alex savidge joins us live this afternoon with more on that part of the story. Reporter good afternoon. Four young men are charged in connection with killing. However, one of them remains on the run this afternoon. The three who are in custody, they face the judge for the first time a short time ago here in a marin county courtroom. All of these defendants are charged in a vicious attack on two Novato High School student shots and cut with a machete. One of those victims died. The other survived. 17yearold juan carlos and 16 yearold Edwin Guevara are facing firstdegree murder and a testimony the murder while 20 yearold elmer rivera is charged with an accessory after the crime. Now, because of the nature of this killing, the District Attorney has charged the under age defendants as adults.
