The cloud and digital workplace services company announced it has named Sanjay Singh as CEO and a member of the board of directors. It also has moved to Westlake from Lakewood.
Equidox Software Co. in Lakewood recently became an independent company following the July acquisition by a private equity firm of Onix Networking, a cloud IT services company within which Equidox previously operated. Tim Needles, CEO of Equidox, is laying the groundwork for the new standalone company to have the same growth trajectory as Onix, where he was a co-founder.
