A regional east bay swat team with assistance from a bomb squad used a robot during their search. Of course, neighbors were curious. At one point we is saw a neighbor watching with binoculars. Around 7 00 tonight Law Enforcement quickly moved to martinez where they surrounded the suspect in a different vehicle near a chevron gas station at howell and old orchard.
