Jose. We do have some reports of roadway flooding near the 87 connector, there was a Traffic Accident there earlier. Also a report of some flooding near the on ramp of lawrence expressway at 101 south. There was a truck driver that reported the water was getting high there. Enough to possibly cause a Traffic Accident because it caused him to swerve. Really be careful out there. Give yourself a lot of time. As i said, here it is misting. This water was coming over the roadway. For one driver, this flooded road came out of nowhere. What happened here on highway 121 was certainly a flash flood. At least from dave bowens perspective. A couple of hours ago there was no water then poof. Reporter bowman and his truck may have been the first bowman and his truck may have been the first one to try to drive through the water. The flooding on 121 and other spots near sears point took longer to clear. Chp says the flooding happened suddenly. Slow down, Pay Attention to the roads. Other vehicles and drive cautious.
