Carolyn Garris Announces Her Intention of Running for Chair for the Republican Party of Beaufort County

  Carolyn Garris     Carolyn Garris has worked with the Pitt County Soil and Water Conservation District since 1992 as an Administrative Assistant/Certified Environmental Educator. In 2011, Carolyn received an award for Environmental Educator of the Year for the State of North Carolina. In 2019, Carolyn received District Administrative Professional of the Year for the State of North Carolina. She also worked as a lead legal secretary, office manager, and self-insured health administrator. Carolyn has served and chaired many committees during her career.     Carolyn has been a registered Republican all her adult life. She believes support of our elected officials does not end after the vote. She believes we should be in the arena with our leaders showing our support and sharing their message.
