Contra costa health says its closed zen day spa on san pablo avenue. The closure came after the deaths were reported separately to the agency. Investigators say both people had reportedly been at the spa just days before they started showing symptoms. A third person was also infected after using the spas jacuzzi in june but has since recovered. Health Officials Say they dont have any records showing the spa was ev
