Roles & Responsibilities: • ​Respond promptly to customer inquiries • ​Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries • ​Provide pricing and delivery information • ​Assist new potential customers to set up new customer accounts • ​Process orders, forms, applications and requests (new terminal, MOA forms, etc..) • ​Directs requests and unsolved issues to proper designated team and/or department. • ​Leave clear note in Beacons system records of customer interactions and transactions
