The question in investors minds turned to what is the fed going to raise to how quickly are they going to continue . Lets go into my bloomberg terminal and look at swaps. This is the historical curve going back to last september and here is what it looks like now and goingg around 1 all the way to 2 in three years time. A little more of an aggressive curve than what the fed itself has been signaling. Still relatively gentle in terms of its trajectory of increases. An interesting move in the treasury market as yesterday, we saw moves higher and today, they are coming back down. We are hearing from Market Participants that theres a lot of demand for treasuries as the curb curve looks to be relatively benign.
