A GoFundMe campaign is being held to raise money to pay funeral costs for 16-year-old Emmanuel Ulysses  Manny Torres, who was fatally shot last week in East Topeka. Topeka police said they found the youth after being called about 7:22 p.m. April 15 to the area of S.E. 6th and Chandler. He was taken to a Topeka hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The family s GoFundMe campaign as of Friday morning had raised $655 of its $6,500 fundraising goal, according to its GoFundMe page. The fund was initiated by Trista M.
