ú%teorologist emily gracie is here with the story. good news, we re going to see something new today, sunn the sun. the sunshine in our forecaat. rain is till trying to get out of here. we will be watching the radar as we head through the morning. another thing we re watchingú this morning is the fog out there. it s causing problems oo the roadways. soowe will be out taking a look at ttat. as you can see on the radar nothing popping up in the baltimore area. expanding the view a little bit, you can see the rainshowers are coming down pretty heavy in portions of virginia. richmond is pickiig up eavy rain. it s trying to moveeout of entire area but it taking its time. flooding an issue down there. for us, the fog is what we re dealing with this morning. 74 degrees in baltimore, 71 in salisbury and 65 in hagerstown. the dew points are pretty high this morning. it will start to burn off as we head on through mid-morning when we start to dry out and i will e bit of a bre
