A 20-year-old male driver in a pickup truck was heading eastbound on S.R. 112 between 500 West and 600 West in Tooele around 4 p.m. on Saturday, said Tooele City Police Sgt. Don Nelson on Sunday. The pickup truck collided head-on with a westbound car driven by a 33-year-old man with a 5-year-old passenger, Nelson said.
