Arvind Singla as its new Executive President and Head – Operations & Technology. Lately, the lender has been up scaling its leadership team and Arvind is the new addition to the lender’s executive bench. Prior to this, he was associated with Citibank as its Director & Head – Consumer Operations. Bandhan Bank has recently tabled a five-year vision for it’s IT transformation and mandated IT as a key strategic priority. The bank expects that Arvind’s appointment and his experience of leading customer operations, and transformation from a large bank, would largely help in contributing to this journey.
