Still a category 3 hurricane with places like polk and Highlands County in the cone of uncertainty before the system heads up north to the carolinas as a category 2 storm this weekend. All students must leave that campus by noon tomorrow, noon meterologists are getting whiplash trying to keep up with the hurricanes. Its been all over. It definitely has.
