Disaster assistance has been made available to help communities in the Shire of Wiluna recover from damage caused by thunderstorms and severe flooding earlier this year.
Minister for Emergency Management David Littleproud said that the impacts from the slow moving trough caused widespread flooding in the northern Goldfields are still being felt by the community.
The severe thunderstorms and floods that occurred back in February had a significant impact on the local community, cutting off access for many residents in the Shire of Wiluna, Minister Littleproud said.
Primary producers across Queensland hit by recent floods and cyclones can now access Extraordinary Disaster Assistance Grants of up to $75,000 to support.

The Morrison Government is committing $14 million for seven regions severely impacted the black summer bushfires to deliver on ground activities that will aid in the recovery of native wildlife and habitat.
Landcare, in partnership with the National Landcare Network, will engage local Landcare groups, community organisations, local landholders, Indigenous groups and Traditional Owners to deliver the recovery projects.
Minister for Agriculture, Drought and Emergency Management David Littleproud said Landcare is perfectly placed to oversee the roll-out of the $14 million in regional funding.
