Traffic alert: Winter storm creating dangerous travel conditions across Cincinnati

A historic winter storm that brought several inches of snow, gusty winds and subzero temperatures to Cincinnati is creating problems on the roadways.

Snowfall totals included from 3.5″ in Georgetown; 2″ in Madisonville, Sharonville and Independence; 1.3″ in South Lebanon; and 1″ in Lebanon. Across the far southern parts of the FOX19 NOW viewing area accumulations were lower because it was mainly a mix of rain and freezing rain. The same parts are slated to get more of the same Thursday. Driving Wednesday night and Thursday will be dangerous so exercise caution.
