He is retiring in preparation for the birth of his ninth child, who is scheduled to be born in late october. He and his wife have been told the baby will have health problems. Congressman duffy gave his Farewell Speech thursday evening and was joined in the chamber by members of his family. It is a unique and cool wellng to stand in this and hold on to this podium for the last time. What an honor it is to serve in this house and stand in this chamber.
