Brian Kolfage, the previously indicted founder of an allegedly fraudulent donor campaign to build a border wall, was charged Tuesday by a grand jury on additional counts, of fraud and filing a false tax return.
Kolfage was indicted last year along with three associates including former Trump advisor Steve Bannon on wire fraud and money-laundering conspiracy charges.
Trump pardoned Bannon and dozens of others on his last night in office. Trump did not pardon Kolfage.
