The ASX 200 ended the day down 1.3% at 7,069.9, to hit its lowest level since July. All sectors finished in the red. Pain in the local market followed US.
The Australian market ended lower today with the ASX 200 losing 52 points (-0.73%) to 7,154. Tech stocks led the declines following a tech rout in the US.
The ASX has fallen more than 1%, proving once again September is rarely a good month for the exchange. The ASX200 fell 1.15% or 83.1 points to 7,174.0.
