This is at tribeca. Tim. Reporter that shot you just had a moment ago of the Police Officers on that subway platform, that was right here at the franklin street station. They were searching that station for a couple hours this evening. It was only about a block right up on barrick where that prisoner managed to escape. This is the sixth since june. The escaped prisoner is in his 20s. He was arrested for shoplifting at a nearby gap store. He was handcuffed behind his back and was in the backseat of the patrol car when he managed to escape. Police believe he took off on foot. The nearest escape route they think is the subway station down here at franklin street. Now, Subway Service on the number one line is back up at this hour but with some delays. It had been shut down as police were continuing their search especially into the subway system between south its unfortunate that the police cant hang on to people. Youre in handcuffs, all of a sudden youre in custody and you can get away. So

Technically philadelphia Delaware County New Castle County not in this but there are some low visibilities under a quarter mile elsewhere across the region. As we take a look at the current visibility map philadelphia is still 5 miles, no problem there but trenton under a half mile and weve seen similar numbers waffling in and out of of play

Vai. Were following breaking news in philadelphias olney neighborhood. Crews made quick work of a fire there and now the investigation into what sparked the flames is beginning. Matt delucia is following the breaking developments from the scene. What can you tell us . Reporter vai, firefighters have been going in and out of this row home here for the past couple of hours. You can see this is fifth street at rockland. Firefighters are still out here, the street is blocked off. Its the home right there, the tall one there, the threestory home there in the middle there. There are store fronts to the left and right. Just minor smoke damage to those buildings, but that home there a lot of damage to the inside. We did see firefighters here, they had the ladder truck up in the past hour, on the roof of the building here but they have taken that down and starting to pack up and leave the scene for the moment here it does appear that this is the starting to wrap up.
