James holmes is charged with killing 12 people and injuring 70 others when he walk in the colorado theater and opened fire in july 2012. Holmes pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. After nearly three months of testimony, a verdict was reached after just a day and a half of deliberations. The decision will be announced sometime after 6 00 oclock tonight. I76 and route 202 behind me is congested enough on a normal morning. Add to that an overturned tractor trailer and a trash fill and drivers were delayed for hours. From skyforce10 you can see how much of the highway was covered in trash. Causing a delay that stretched for miles. Around 6 00 this morning, a tractor trailer carrying the load overturned on the i76 ramp to route 202 and the traffic came to a stop. Crews closed the ramp and part of the 202 south where trashed spilled onto the road. Those who take this route to work say its often the source for headaches, but this morning was unusually bad. I got to be somewhere, you know, youre stuck. Nothing else you can do. Take away from your life, generally. Ive been late plenty of times back and forth. Authorities raided his home in villanova after a task force uncovered the possibility he may be possessing and trading explicit images of children and they left with handfuls of kpouters and analyzed their contents. He was the only one living there and had access to the computers and the only one that had the ability the opportunity to share in that type of behavior.
