Since yesterday before being rescued this afternoon. The victims, 13 year old boy and his sisters nine, ten and 12. Now, neighbor tells thaws one of the kids had an argument with their mother before all of this happened, allegedly about some money being taken. Police say one of the kids grabbed a phone that could only dial out and call 911 so they called 911. Police then came and called on the Philadelphia Fire Department to raise a ladder to the second window, second floor window to get n witnesses say that the children were let out through the front door and ran to a police van in fear. Walked outside it is like whats going on, thats when everybody was telling me they got locked up downstairs in the basement. I could just imagine how they were feeling. Just a sad situation, you know really is sad because you know, it is kids involved. And kind of breaks my heart.
