That suspect is accused of assaulting the victims wife and 16monthold child. This man, 25yearold martinez stabbed delatorre. And charged with burglary and two counts of assault. After 9 00 last night deputies responded to a possible breaking an entry call on the 4400 block of glenn road. The victim and suspects were neighbors and had apparently gotten into an argument.
