i use kale. the egg bakes, you use egg custard and a hollandaise sauce. i use tabasco sauce to give it a little kick. i love it. we re keeping the spice in the relationship and then of course, chicken and waffles. you can t go wrong. classic. but i like to go with a jerk fried chicken. i create my own rub for it and batter that and put panko bread crumbs to give that extra crunch. it s excellent with syrup, just pour it all over there. it sounds fantastic. i said if there s one trick to do brunch, you said finger foods are important? kebabs are great. i would even do that in a kebab. use small chicken nuggets and just chop your waffle up into small bite pieces create a skewer and you re good to go. that s great for a big group or big groups, put a strawberry on there, too. pretty to get fruits and color on there, as well. you know how to get the imagination flowing. for breakfast. i love breakfast.
