The bodies were found at a time when authorities were also looking for retired Rev. Otis Young of St. Peter Parish Roman Catholic Church and his assistant Ruth Prats.
The Covington Police Department has announced that a reward is now being offered for information on the shooting that happened near the St. Tammany Fair over the weekend.
