According to police, Artreal McDowell, 18, Jonathan Bagent, 28, and Anthony Ford Jr., 23, have been arrested for being accused of having connections to the shooting at the St. Tammany fair.
The Covington Police Department has announced that a reward is now being offered for information on the shooting that happened near the St. Tammany Fair over the weekend.
