Shore but with winds kicking in in the 20s and pushing up toward the 30s, we have a wind chill right now that makes it feel like its 18 degrees as you step outside in the city. And just 15 in wilmington, 14 in allentown, 18degree wind chill in trenton, 13 in reading and out in lancaster just nine. A little bit better down south although wind chills have started to go down at the shore in the mid20s there.
