Follow directives to stop spread of COVID-19 School Feeding Coordinator advises

The National Coordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Programme (GSFP), Dr Mrs Gertrude Quashigah has encouraged pupils in Ghana to strictly observe the COVID-19 protocols in order to stop the spread of the deadly COVID-19.
She appealed to the pupils to be exemplary by obeying the President s directives particularly, the wearing of face mask, use of hand sanitiser, washing hands regularly with soap under running water, maintaining social distance, and good personal hygiene to ensure a safe learning environment.
The Coordinator made these statements when she joined pupils of Rangoon Camp 2 Primary School in Accra to mark the celebration of her 61st Birthday.
Late Quashigah’s family marks 11th anniversary with donation to Christ Faith Foster Home

The family of a late Minister for Health, Major Rtd Courage Emmanuel Kobla Quashigah has donated assorted items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to the less privileged at the Christ Faith Foster Home at Adentan as part of activities marking his 11th anniversary.
Led by the widow Dr. Mrs. Gertrude Quashigah who is also the National Coordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Programme, her sons, daughters and other relatives - the Quashigah’s family donated bags of 25kg rice, crates of egg, cartons of milk, gallons of cooking oil (25 litters), boxes of biscuits, pieces of toilet role, boxes of kalyppo, crates of soft drinks, packs of bottle water, bags of sachet water, face masks, toffies and tissue papers among others.

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has dropped a hint of their grand plan to block all the newly elected MPs from disputed constituencies from entering the House when the 8th Parliament begins on January 6.
According to the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa in an interview with Asempa FM emphatically stated that “none of those MPs elect from the constituencies NDC is contesting will be allowed in the chamber of Parliament. We will do everything within our power to resist them from entering the House and we mean every single word”.
