Suspect in 2020 Columbia shooting arrested on Memorial Day Boone County Sheriff s Office Tevone Stapleton was booked into the Boone County Jail Monday. COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A man charged in a north Columbia shooting has been arrested. Online jail records showed Tevone Stapleton was booked into the Boone County Jail Monday afternoon. He is being held without bond. Prosecutors filed charges against Stapleton in April. According to police, Stapleton fired a gun from his car in the area of Bodie Drive and Edenton Boulevard on Nov. 19, 2020. He is charged with unlawful use of a weapon. According to court documents, police found shell casings on the street as well as property damaged. No one was injured in the shooting.

Northwest Florida Daily News/USA TODAY NETWORK FORT WALTON BEACH The Okaloosa County Sheriff s Office has charged a man with armed robbery and kidnapping during the commission of a felony. Elijah Faulkner, 20, of Denton Boulevard in Fort Walton Beach, was arrested Feb. 12, according to an OCSO news release. Investigators said the 15-year-old victim arranged a car ride with 19-year-old Mi quel Coward on Oct. 12, 2020, but when he got in the car Coward pointed a shotgun at him and demanded money. They struggled and Coward hit the teen in the face with the butt of the shotgun and grabbed him by the hair to prevent him from getting out, the release said. He allegedly robbed the victim of $250 and a cellphone, then forced him out of car several blocks away.
