We are paying it forward to an outstanding member of the community making a difference. Betty Coker of Eclectic started a library in the town and continues to give back to others. Her friend nominated her and the Vance Law Firm chose her as it's Pay It Forward honoree this week. It just so happens she is also Chief Meteorlogist Shane Butler's mom.
