Four areas in East Lancashire may have recorded no new cases | Lancaster And Morecambe Citizen

These four areas in East Lancashire could have recorded no new virus cases THE number of new coronavirus cases recorded across the country has dropped significantly in recent weeks thanks to weeks of a strict national lockdown. The data available for individual areas changes daily, but on the whole has provided a positive picture for new cases in Lancashire. The latest figures show in the seven days to February 26, so few cases were recorded in four areas of East Lancashire that no data is available to view. Those areas are East Darwen, Nelson East, Barnoldswick South and Barnoldswick North. All four areas have turned white on the Government’s case map after recording less than three and possibly no new cases of the virus in recent days.
