All right. Lets get started. Hi, everybody. What a nice group of ladies to see all together. This is fantastic. Well, thank you so much for being here. And i know we have a lot of questions for you. So i want to get started. First, i have to start by asking you about the topic everybody in d. C. Is talking about, impeachment. Ok. As everyone knows president thep has decided to sit out house judiciaryy judiciary committees and i wonder why he decided that . As an american, im slightly ashamed to see the process we have played out in washington, d. C. The reality is this is based on the fact that i think very clearly the democrats seem a little scared to run against donald trump. Since he was inaugurated in 2017, the Washington Post immediately put out a story about impeaching donald trump. This is something that started way back went when. First we had the allegations of russia collusion, which two years later, the Mueller Report came out,30 million taxpayer dollars and we thought there

And tesla on a tear shares climb to above 430. The automaker expecting a rollout the first china made model 3s on monday there seems to be no stopping the year end rally stocks are on track to hit new record highs nasdaq as we said in the midst of the longest daily win streak since 09 after closing above 9,000 for First Time Ever. Watching 3249 as we said but 3259 would give you 30 for the year we only had two years in the past three decades with a 30 gain. Yeah, i mean the pace in the last i would say past couple of weeks has been relentless, sellers staying out of the way that has created this incremental move day by day. I do think we have this unusual situation where the year to date numbers are i dont want to say skewed, they are what they are, but it gives a little bit of a different impression if you look a

What is it doing . Kelsey the firm is definitely growing its footprint into private credit. For one, they have appointed their cfo, Meg Mcclellan into a newly formed role of how to private bets. They are also doing hiring and potentially more acquisitions o grow their assets. Lisa what is the goal here . Why is this happening now . Kelsey it is part of a push from investors. Investors want someone who is specialized in these unique asset classes. Especially when you are talking about alternatives and there are some intricacies along the way. Lisa although, how much is this coming from investor demand, how much from the fact that fees are higher in the alternative space . Kelsey that is definitely a driver as well as these have kind of compressed along the board. Banks are making the smart decisio
Goldman sachs talking up a Strong Economy for 2020. Jpmorgan talking up another market rally next year. And our longterm guest is again talking about a market melt up. Look what we have right now. We will open the dow slightly lower, maybe 40 points down, but the s p is going to go up a fraction and the nasdaq is going to go up about a quarter of 1 percent. Now this, the down side of Americas Energy independence. We are producing so much oil and gas that chevron has had to write down its shale assets to the tune of 10 billion dollars. We are energy independent, that is good, and gas is cheap and getting cheaper, and thats very good, yes, it is, another trump win. Big show as usual. Varney company is about to begin. Im not sure about that animation right there. It is kind of wrong, but i believe weve got a sound bite for you. Are we going to play that one . Yes. There was and never has been any evidence of collusion, and yet this campaign and the president S Administration has been domi
Slowing Global Growth. There were a couple of officials felt it was a close call. Besides casey, president esther george, and bostons rosengren, appears those two were only dissenters. They were in favor of a rate cut last meeting. Several thought cutting rate would better align the fed fund rate with the yield curve. Officials saw trade tensions easing somewhat last meeting, they still view trade tensions, slowing Global Growth as prominent risks to the outlook. They are monitoring those carefully. They expect to continue to weighing on manufacturing, Business Investment. Theyre watching to see whether that spills into the job market and whether that can hurt consumer spending. Speaking of the job market. There was robust discussion on that. Officials were talking about whether the pace and slowdown of the job market is a sort of a natural occurrence that could relate to full employment or whether it is because there is a loss in momentum. Also on a note, very interestingly, fed Offic
