Good afternoon we begin with breaking news in the trial of david creato jr. The south jersey father accused of killing his own son. The judge dismissed the jury after failing to reach a verdict. Reporter that is right rick and sara, the jury said they could not reach a verdict so this morning the judge declared a mistrial in this case and dismissed the jurors, there was an indication this could happen. Yesterday the day wrapped up the jury saying they were having trouble reachling a verdict and the judge encouraging them to go back. And today they influenced they could not do it in light of the that the jury is not in a position to be able to reach consent in this matter.
