Two people charged with a double homicide in Willard were in Greene County Court Thursday for a preliminary hearing.
Duncan Bogle and Theresa Cox are charged with murder for the shooting deaths of Alex Chute and Brianna Sproul.
A Willard Police officer testified about what he saw at the couple’s home.
Prosecutors also shared phone records between Bogle, Cox, and Matthew Plumb, who’s also charged with murder.
Plumb also testified as a witness in the case.

Accused Trigger Man in Willard Slayings Returned to Missouri
The man suspected of pulling the trigger in a Willard double murder is in the Greene County Jail after extradiction from California.
Duncan Bogle, 20, is facing two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, and endangering the welfare of child in connection with the execution style killings of Alexander Chute and Brianna Sproul. Chute and Sproul were shot in front of their Willard area home in November.
Chute is the ex-husband of Theresa Cox, who had been dating Bogle, and is the alleged mastermind of the murder plot. According to court documents, Cox convinced Bogle to kill her ex-husband in relation to a custody dispute.
