Top child rights body NCPCR will recommend an investigation by the NIA into the murder of the class 12 girl in Jharkhand's Dumka district who was set on fire as she spurned advances by the accused, its chairperson Priyank Kanoongo said.
Jharkhand Murder Case:In a letter to the Jharkhand Chief Secretary and other state government officials, the NCPCR said Mr Kanungo will visit Dumka to take stock of the case.
