CAPE TOWN, May 28 (Xinhua) Members of South Africa s parliament have expressed hope for the cooperation between South Africa and China to be strengthened across various sectors including rural development and trade.
Cedric Thomas Frolick, house chairperson for committees of the National Assembly, said the two countries have sustained their long-term relationship on the basis of mutual respect, understanding and also support for development initiatives for both our countries.
He added that the Chinese leadership takes not only the development of South Africa, but also the overall development of Africa seriously.
