I think is a really good start, but its important to also point out San Francisco, with gentrification that is undeniable is increasingly hostile to poor people low income people, of all kinds. Until we have confidence of job training, Youth Development programs, Mental Health, longterm mental, not just the shortterm things we have in place, and longterm housing that is truly affordable and community driven, we are not going to have the kind of success we are looking for.
