Woman arrested in probe into misappropriation of €1.2m at north Dublin Credit Union Updated: 10 Dec 2020, 21:45 A WOMAN has been arrested as part of a probe into the misappropriation of funds to the value of €1.2millon at a north Dublin credit union. The woman, aged in her 60s, was arrested on suspicion of offences contrary to the Criminal Justice Act, 2001. 1 She is currently being detained at Balbriggan Garda Station in Co Dublin. Cops have said the arrest represents a significant development into fraudulent activity at the financial institution. Gardai have said investigations are ongoing.
