Following breaking news on the road ways. State police are on the scene of a three car crash in chesapeake. It happened on interstate 64 east of great bridge boulevard just before three o clock. Officials say a van traveling westbound sideswiped a tractor trailer that was stopped on the shoulder of the road. This caused the van to strike another tractor trailer traveling in the same direction. One of the tractor trailers lost its load and has blocked the westbound lanes of 64.
