Roz plater has been following this developing story. Officer say the shooting happened in the blink of an eye. Roz it all went down quickly. The police say they have been called to the home multiple times, but so far not saying why. Anne Arundel County Police investigators poured over the shooting scene for hours collecting evidence. Officers first arrived early afternoon after a concern Family Member called 911, when the 21yearold man inside was about to harm himself. Stunned neighbors looked on. The ambulance pulled up i thought it was a oneoff thing then i saw the fire truck and five cruisers. Roz uniformed officers surrounded the home, then forced their way in and found the 21yearold at the top of the stairs holding a long rifle, putting it at the officers. Reporter we spoke with a neighbor who is as surprised these two young ladies could be mixed up in it as he is with the entire mystery. Two young women, 21yearold Jamyra Gallmon and 19yearold Domonique Johnson are in jail in connection with the murder of david messerschmitt. The two women lived together in this south east d. C. Apartment building. Do you know what the relationship was . They had an ongoing relationship with one another. Reporter police say the two plotted to rob messerschmitt. February 9th gallmon responded to a craigslist ad posted by the attorney. After several emails he gave gallmon his room number at the hotel where she planned to rob him but stabbed him to death when he grabbed and fought with her not letting her leave the room. The driver of the vehicle is an alexandria, virginia man. He was arrested for driving on a revoked license. We now know the name of the 7yearold boy killed in Prince Georges County in a horrific crash. The boy died at the hospital after a motorcycle crashed into a car, then left the road and plowed into people waiting on the sidewalk.
